By downloading, installing, or using StyleFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StyleFlow is a professional business management application designed for hairstylists and beauty professionals. The App provides:

• Client management and scheduling
• Hair formula storage and tracking
• Professional portfolio and social features
• Business analytics and insights
• AI-powered professional assistance

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 StyleFlow Pro Subscription

• Price: $12.99 USD per month
• Billing: Charged monthly to your Apple ID
• Auto-renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant StyleFlow a license to display and distribute it within the App. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content Moderation

StyleFlow reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Users may report inappropriate content through the App's reporting features.

8. Intellectual Property

StyleFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StyleFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

StyleFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

StyleFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
