AgentRoute AI Terms of Service & Support

Welcome to AgentRoute AI. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentRoute AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AgentRoute AI is a mobile Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application designed for insurance sales agents. The App provides:

Lead management and tracking
Visual sales pipeline with multiple stages
Appointment scheduling and calendar management
Scope of Appointment (SOA) document generation with digital dual-signatures
AI-powered sales coaching and assistance
Team collaboration and activity feed
Commission tracking and reporting
Business card scanning
Route optimization for appointments
Offline functionality with automatic sync

3. Subscription & Payment

In-App Subscription Details

Price: $29.99 per month (USD)
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Account Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account Settings after purchase
Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find and tap "AgentRoute AI"
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password confidential and secure
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Account Modes

Solo Mode: You operate independently with full ownership of your data. All information is private to you.

Team/Connected Mode: You may join an organization using an invitation token provided by an Admin or Manager. When connected, certain data visibility is determined by your role and team hierarchy.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of AgentRoute AI, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local insurance laws and regulations
Provide accurate and truthful information to clients
Maintain proper licensing for insurance sales activities in your jurisdiction
Use the App only for lawful business purposes
Not share your account credentials with others
Respect the privacy of your clients, leads, and customers
Ensure all data entered complies with applicable privacy laws

Data Accuracy Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you enter into AgentRoute AI. This includes lead information, customer data, appointment details, and SOA form content. AgentRoute AI does not verify user-entered data and is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use AgentRoute AI to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Collect or store personal data about others without their consent
Access other users' accounts or data without authorization
Misuse customer information for purposes other than legitimate business
Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
Share, transfer, or sell your account credentials
Use automated means to access the App without authorization
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, functionality, design, and source code, is owned by AgentRoute AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimers

AgentRoute AI is a productivity and CRM tool only. It does not provide insurance, legal, financial, or professional advice.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
AI-generated content (coaching, suggestions) is for assistance only and should be reviewed before use with clients.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: AgentRoute AI is a productivity tool designed to assist with lead management and sales activities. The App does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, sales results, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AgentRoute AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not responsible for lost sales, missed opportunities, or business losses
We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content or suggestions
We are not responsible for data loss from device failure, user error, or service interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Fail to pay subscription fees when due
Abuse other users or our support team

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Leaving a team does NOT delete your account - your data moves with you to Solo mode.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgentRoute AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgentRoute AI regarding the use of the App.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > scroll to the bottom > tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > AgentRoute AI > Cancel Subscription.

How does offline mode work?

AgentRoute AI saves your work locally when you're offline. When you reconnect to the internet, your data automatically syncs to the cloud. Look for the sync indicator in the app to see pending uploads.

Can I use AgentRoute AI on multiple devices?

Yes! Sign in with the same account on any device. Your data syncs across all devices in real-time.

How do I join my team/agency?

Ask your Admin or Manager for an invitation link or token. Go to Settings > Account Mode > "Join Team / Connect to Upline" and enter the invitation details.

What happens to my data if I leave a team?

Your agent-owned records (leads, appointments, notes) remain with you and move to Solo mode. Your former team immediately loses access to your data.
